MEXICAN – SIMPLE OR ADVANCED
Moe has explored and refined his selection of spicy and fresh Mexican specialties mixed with local produce. The kitchen varies from simple dishes to some with more complexity. He offers simple nachos or tacos, burritos, and quesadillas as more advanced meals.
AN UMAMI BURRITO
The burrito is a classic Mexican street food with lots of umami. It is full of different types of meat such as chicken, beef, or pork mixed with an array of different ingredients – typically rice, beans, cheese, and greens.
ONE-TWO-THREE TIMES GOURMET TACOS
Let’s order tacos. They come in either one, two, or three’s. If you want the big plate with three different types, then you’ll get a bite of pulled pork, beef, and spicy chicken. Tacos are generally known for their simplicity, but they can also be taken to a gourmet level with beautiful plating and fantastic flavours.
Moe’s Taco presents personal dishes with homemade chili sauces. Mild and wonderfully spicy.
