The meat is slow-grilled according to traditional principles, where the grill’s smoke and heat envelop each bite, giving the meat an unparalleled flavor and tenderness. One of the highlights of the Fuego menu is their Pepito – a type of asado sandwich filled with grilled Black Angus steak, chimichurri, chili-mayo, and a crispy salad. Fuego knows such a treat is hard not to love, and they offer it in both ½ and 1 ft. But it doesn’t stop there!
